I am the Consultant Psychiatrist for the Assertive Outreach Team in Leeds, UK. I have also previously worked in the field of Psychiatric Rehabilitation. I am a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. I worked on the topic group for Community Treatment Orders for the UK’s Mental Health Act Review in 2018. I have worked on NHS England’s Guidance on Assertive Outreach and appeared as an expert ACT witness at the Public Inquiry into the 2023 patient homicides in Nottingham.
